No honest date. What has to be true before an enquiry that mentions a video shows up.
Organic first. Paid second. A small budget belongs in the weekly video until the estate exists.
Shorts are discovery. Long videos are how a buyer decides. If you only do one, do the long one.
The platform scoreboard is distribution. The practice scoreboard is inbound that already wants the work.
Most coaches don't lack things to say. They lack things a buyer would search.
Daily is a different job. The cadence that holds in a practice is one useful video a week.
YouTube does not require a presenter. It requires you to be findable when a buyer types the problem you already solve.
YouTube is worth it when it replaces cold outreach with search-led inbound. Not when it becomes a second job.
